Ahh it's nice to have two day weekends again. This weekend the weather was gorgeous! We got out walking along the river both Saturday and Sunday. Sundays walk turned into a several hour affair as we ran into friends at the park, and Ellie wanted to fun alongside the stroller for most of the walk. She's getting to be quite the runner. Meanwhile, Dyllan, our Teenager (tween) sat in the stroller watching an Asian lady make creations out of playdough on YouTube (her favorite).
Saturday afternoon we had friends around for a BBQ, and Sunday we had some friends drop around this delicious chicken pot pie (complete with pastry hearts).. People have been so generous, bringing us meals! We have enough meals in our freezer to last a week or more. This one came hot and ready to eat.. So we did. What generous friends we have:)
