Mothers group
Every Wednesday Ellie and I go to mothers group.
This week we one of the mothers taught a yoga class in the park for all of us. She is a yoga teacher who is looking to incorporate a moms and babies class so we were her guinea pigs. It was fun! Not a great workout but still fun to try.
Here are a few of the babies from 2 weeks ago. Ellie is the one in pink.

Bright and early- Smiles
It's not so bad being up at 4 am when you get to look at this happy camper. She would not stop smiling!
So we are up- she's happy and wide awake! How can you put this little thing back into her crib and turn off the lights?!

Happy Australia Day!
We spent Australia Day picnicking down at Manly Cove- with a farm full of blow up turtle and crocodile rafts and Aussie flags.

Dyllans 3rd birthday
Dyllan brought her cupcakes into daycare. According to her teachers she was full of beans and so excited to celebrate her birthday with her class!
We picked up Dyllan from daycare and headed down to Manly Wharf Bar to meet Ben Easton, his girlfriend Annie and their friend Scott. We asked Dyllan what she wanted to eat for her birthday dinner and she said "prawns"! Haha. She also told us that Ellie wanted to eat fish.
Unfortunately prawns weren't in the kids menu- so Dyllan got chicken instead and picked off some of the prawns from out prawn pizza. She sure was full of beans! She was constant entertainment the entire night! Later some other friend joined us for srinks and to wish Dyllan a happy birthday. We got home late- about 9pm- all of us exhausted from a fun full day!

Quote from Dyllan
Today Ellie and I picked Dyllan up from daycare and as we were driving home- Ellie started crying. Over her crying Dyllan and I were having a conversation- first about daycare and her day.. Then Dyllan interrupts- "mommy, where did Ellie come from?!" And I told her "from my tummy".. And she says.. " ohhh....can you put her back in your tummy??" And I told her "no, she's here to stay".. Then Dyllan says "she's crying though.. Can you put her back in?? Pleeeeaaaase?" Hahah all I could do was laugh!!

Dyllans birthday week begins
Dyllan can't WAIT for her third birthday! She has been talking about it for months!! She sings happy birthday daily- even adds "piece of cake" after the song- they must have learned that at daycare.
We are making the first of 3 batches of birthday cupcakes today to bring to her cousins house for a BBQ tonight ( Carmalina, Adrian, Kiara, Antony, and Sophia).

Mothers Group
Ellie and I have joined a mothers group. We meet every Wednesday- the first 4 sessions have been with a midwife leading the group- which has been great- I've learned quite a few new things! Next week we meet on our own without the midwife. I like that the group has decided to meet at the Belgian Waffle House!
The girls all seem nice- and little Ellie is outnumbered. There are 10 in our group and the rest are boys!
Here are just a few of them..

Family Photos : December 2, 2012
Here are our family photos- all 96 of them (I figured, why not put them all on!) We were supposed to have them taken down at the beach- but a big storm came in so we went with plan B- our house.
Ellie is 4 days old- Dyllan is nearly 3 years old
