No big deal. Just the view from my our open house on Saturday. No need for a TV here.. the Sydney harbor is constant entertainment. Especially on a sunny summer Saturday (not pictured here!) when all the party cruises are out on the water.
.. IF only I had a spare $3million sitting around. Believe it or not- the guy selling this used this "pad" for his office. Thats it. Just a place to get work done from- away from home. Imagine that?!
