Holy Crap. I can't believe how fast our time here in Seattle has gone!! It seems like ages ago that Dyllan and I boarded the plane and ventured across the world to get here.. but then again- it has gone by so fast. Its been such an amazing trip- filled with lots of family time- get togethers with friends... happy hours and vacations, BBQ's and weddings - not a dull moment here. Thats one of the things I love most about living with family. Its so great to have constant energy in the house. From Dyllan's crazy antics- to Sunday Steak nights- to BBQ's and Bonfires- there are always people around. I think the only alone time I have had in the last 2 months was for a run (and I didn't get on many this summer..) But I love it- company- especially great company- is the best. I will never take that for granted.
I don't even know where to begin with updating this blog.. so I guess I will slowly do my best. We have been "flat chat" (as the Australians would say).. and now isn't the best time to recap the past few weeks.. I am off to my 10 year high school reunion- while Poppy babysits Dyll Bug. Dan, you ask? Oh- he's in Vegas. He is living it up for the next 24 hours while celebrating our friend Jake's bachelor party. We took turns on Dyllan
duty bonding time- I went to Las Vegas last weekend with my girlfriends for Colby's bachelorette party (Jake's fiancé). I will tell more about Vegas in another post..
Here are a few photos from this mornings Brunch at the Thorsvigs..
