Skinny Jeans

We have sure been busy lately- from moving offices for work- to finding new tenants for our house- to clearing out our entire basement and moving it into our neighbors garage for a garage sale- to Dyllan becoming more and more playful and active by the day - look out shes on the move now! We have not stopped going- going - going!

Here are a few photos of what we have been up to lately- its so fun watching the Bugface grow- she cracks us up every day! Such a personality! And so easygoing!  We feel so lucky.

We moved offices- from Mercer Island (right down the street from our house) to West Seattle- ugh.. 40 min drive now...

Not bad!  We get to watch the ferry's come in from Vashon Island- as we bask in the sun!  This place gets the best, warmest southern exposure (probably in all of Washington!)

Haha!! This picture sums up our garage sale!  We woke up at the crack of dawn- made bright neon signs with balloons- brought a big pot of coffee and a platter of Costco muffins (so good- and probably ate most of them ourselves!) had the music blaring- and our sales suits on (Dan had a black afro and scuba glasses) ready for business. It was such a success!  We sold everything- suuuper quick- and on the first day!  We had such a buzz going on at our garage sale- that everyone went nuts- the asians called all their friends/family- and bought out half our sale- and these guys (in the photo) bought the other half.. ALL before it started poring rain (around noon) on Saturday.  Dan went home to collect a missing part to a game- and decided to bring Mylo back- and this is what we got... The Zuuuuuuummmmmies!  She does the "zoomies" when she is excited- or wild- or just cause- where her hind legs run faster than her front legs- and she goes flying around the neighborhood like a bottle rocket (i think its a bottle rocket... the fireworks that go zooming around on the ground before they take off into the air?!)  You can see the little puppy in the background is totally freaked out by Mylo..

This is the end of our garage sale- we had to cover the mattresses with tarp- and as you can see- there is tons of crap left.. haha at this point in the day- people would drive by- and keep on driving.. so we decided to call Sunday off- and close early.  We made a small fortune ($2,000) and called it a day.  Just as we were packing up- a nice Korean girl came to check it out- and told us her story about how she was here taking care of her sick brother and how they had nothing in the way of furniture, kitchenware, household items, etc.. so we packed the rest of our crap up- and put it in her car.  Sweet!

The three of us went out to celebrate at Tamarind Tree- this awesome Vietnamese Restaurant in the international district. 
Such a fun night! 



We always love it when Uncle Bill comes down from Blaine.  This time he brought 3 coolers full of various crab(*oops) dishes.  He caught a bunch of crab this season- and fortunately for us- he likes to cook and share!  Here, Bill is making his famous Crab cakes (2 different kinds- with 3 different sauces- all AMAZING!)  We tried talking him into opening his own Crab Shack.  "Bill's Got Crabs" Shack.



We snarfed them down so fast- I almost forgot to take a picture!

So excited to finally fit into her big girl high chair!

Soo funny!  She gets such a kick out of blowing bubbles, "raspberries" as soon as we put her food in her mouth.  Its like a carrot/spit shower- all over the place.  Glad someone thinks its funny...

"Ok, I'm ready, Ill be serious now... gimme more!"

"Ahhh hahahha, gotcha.. I spit it everywhere, again! Im so funny!"

(I have to say though, she is a really good eater.  She will eat most of her meal- then when she is getting full- she likes to play the spitting game.. so its pretty easy to tell when shes done.)
